Can I return or exchange an item bought online?
Yes! Our returns window is 2 weeks from the day you receive your item. Please see our returns policy for more information.
 
How do I know if my purchase is on its way?
Once your order has been placed and accepted we send a confirmation email.
  
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take 3-10 days. If you feel like your delivery is taking longer than expected please phone us on (02) 9262 7798 or send a message via our contact page.

Why is the item I wanted no longer online? 
The items we carry are seasonal and reflect what is currently available in our retail stores. If an item is no longer online it is either out of stock or no longer available.
 
What payment types do you accept?

Are your prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?
Yes, all of our pricing is in Australian Dollars.

Yes, all prices include GST.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
We send all deliveries via Australia Post. If you are not home when the delivery arrives, they will either leave it on your doorstep or place a collection notice in your letterbox.
