Returns Policy
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
PURCHASED ONLINE
Items that have not been worn and that are without damage can be returned for a full refund less the cost associated with shipping the product initially. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery.
PURCHASED IN-STORE
Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase or receive an in-store exchange voucher.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items bought in store should be returned to the store of purchase.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Online purchases can be returned to any Fays store as long as you contact us about the return BEFORE returning the item.
Items bought online should be sent back to our store at your own cost.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Fays return address (below) are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post and including your phone number and email along with your return.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags intact.
If an item is returned damaged and has visible signs of wear and tear, we are not entitled to offer a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
